Women’s Wellness Tea has fruity, spicy and earthy tones. Dandelion root, especially when roasted, is a popular amongst coffee lovers due to its earthy and roasted character.

100% ACO certified organic ingredients:

Dandelion Root, Rose Petals, Shatavari, Ashwaganda, Ginger, Cinnamon, Schizandra, Rosehips, Hibiscus
 

Directions:

• Temperature: 100°C
• Time: minimum 3-5 minutes, brewing time is subject to taste. Infuser for longer for a more full-bodied aroma.
• Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 200ml of water.
• Can be served hot or cold over ice cubes.

This infusion is: caffeine free, sugar free, chemical free (ACO certified organic) and contains no artificial colours or flavours.

Store in a dry, dark place place below 30°C!

Why is the Women’s Wellness Tea good for hormonal regulation?

Dandelion root may regulate blood pressure and prevent constipation. It is naturally high in estrogen, which plays an important role in body detoxification and hence is relevant for detoxiying excess hormones in the body.

A nourishing tonic for women during all stages of life, Shatavari, contains shatavarins and sarsapogenin. Those are naturally occurring precursors to female sex hormones. The herb helps balancing hormones and menstruation, enhance fertility and libido, and is useful in reducing menopausal symptoms.

The mineral-dense Ashwagandha herb helps the endocrine system (responsible for regulating hormones) by reducing cortisol, increasing blood production and strengthening the adrenal glands.

Additionally, Schizandra is traditionally used for cleansing and supporting the liver and to metabolise hormones.
